  • Let’s take a look at sports performance. 06 October 2017 | View comments

  • For the professional athlete – or even a weekend warrior who plays a particular sport – the ability to move freely is key to performance on the field. Top-notch athletic performance requires muscle strength, flexibility, proper body mechanics and technique to prevent injury and allow maximum effort. With targeted treatment, and specific stabilising exercises we aim to both speed your recovery from specific injuries, and to improve the mechanics of your joints and muscles. This in turn can result in an increase in co-ordination, control and muscle strength alongside a reduction in pain and instability – leading to an increase in sporting performance.

At the end of the day, an uninjured athlete performs better than an injured one, and prevention is far better than cure.
